Two photos of the Baths of Caracalla. These are from my first trip to Rome in 2000. They were taken with an F100 camera with Fuji Velvia slide film .

It looks like a cool place. I've never been there. I'll have to make a point now to check this out. Your HDR shots are great! What a difference, colors & clarity. But, at the same time, there is something very old & raw about these two photos that I really like, too. It's a great way to capture history. Do you work as a professional photographer? By the way, why "grumpy"? I thought maybe you were a dwarf, but you don't look short in your picturem . Your phootos are awesome and look like someone who really enjoys life and all that's in it. "Grumpy" doesn't seem to match what I see. Whatever, Dude. Keep shooting and I'll keep looking.

Dear Grumpy: These are great! You should post more pictures from Rome. Maybe if you have Castel St. Angelo or the Pantheon...
If you knew me you'd know why it's "Grumpy" :)
Castle St. Angelo posted as requested. Glad you like these.
